I have been a natural recreational bodybuilder now for over 15 years. I have written a

I have recently been more obsessed with being as healthy as I can be, and this
entails not having so much muscle mass, so I do not concern myself with bulking
up anymore, as I am permanently on a cutting phase now. I am also
into water
fasting. That's the reason
why I do not have as much muscle mass any more.
