Is this site for Women?
By: Paul Lucas
I would say this site is for women as much as it is for men! Most women just want to get in shape and lose fat, and they
DO NOT want to look like male bodybuilders (like the
pictures below). This site is all about natural
bodybuilding, it does not indorse the use of anabolic
steroids, the only way for a female to look like those in
the pictures below is for them to take in steroids, which
increase the male hormone testosterone. I am, and so many
others, are against the idea of females taking in steroids
to gain muscle mass, it just looks ugly, and it takes
females their natural shape away. Take a look at some
pictures to see what I mean:
If you follow the guidelines in this website you will NEVER
look like the pictures above, you will lose fat faster than
any other fad diet out there, because the information in
this website describes the fat loss secrets of all natural
bodybuilders, it's what the bodybuilders use to lose fat.
The information in this website will most likely make you
look like the pictures below:
Obviously, these are the type of pictures that girls want to
look like, not the bodybuilder type ones above, you have
nothing to worry about, because the information in this
website will simply get you lean and in shape, it will not
make you look all muscular like the pictures at the top of
the webpage.
There are only a few guidelines I suggest you use instead of
the information described in this website, and they are:
- You should never do a bulking muscle gaining phase,
unless for some reason you are very skinny and need to
gain some weight. If you need to gain a little
weight simply don't do cardio, while maintaining a
calorie intake that is somewhat moderate. Besides
that, MOST of the time you should do
cardio, pretty much like 3-4 times a week, for
15-30 minutes and eat a moderate amount of calories all
the time, while eating 5-7 balanced meals a day.
- You don't have to use as much intensity as males when it
comes to
lifting weights, you should still strive to at
least give some effort in the amount of reps you do with the
weight your using.
-
You should still stick to the compound free weight lifting
exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses,
shoulder presses, and chins-ups etc. as I describe in this website.
- The amount of weight you lift should be moderate to
heavy, in the 5-15 rep range. But it's important if your a
beginner to start out lighter, and work your way to a
heavier weight, this is important for improving your form,
it is pointless for beginners to start out with heavy
weights if they don't have the proper form down yet.
- You don't have to eat as much calories
and protein as men, females have
naturally less muscle mass, and they require less calories to
maintain their weight, although you should still eat a
moderate amount to increase your metabolism.
-
Your cardio workouts does not have to be as intense as I
describe in this website, I still suggest you do some
interval training every now and then, while mostly doing a
20-30 minute cardio workout, that is at least somewhat
intense, especially near the end of the workout, just start
out slower and build your pace up a little. Just remember
the harder it is for you to breath while doing a cardio
workout, the better workout your getting!
-
Most of the information in this website is pretty much
exactly what Hollywood makes the actresses do to get in shape
for the movies, they pretty much use the same techniques I
describe in this website that allows them to get really lean
and in shape.
